As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Snooker Pot, LLC. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Snooker Pot, LLC, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy.
Non-refundable Items
Special Order Items: Custom-built items, including but not limited to snooker tables, billiard tables, pool tables, and any other items that are made to order or personalized in any way, are not eligible for return or refund. Once these items are ordered, your purchase is final.
Refund Eligibility for Standard Items
For other, non-custom products, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
